Job Description

As a Supervisor you will have the following responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Supervising, and assist with training.

Ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

Addressing staff performance issues and providing constructive feedback.

Participating in the hiring process as required.

Customer Service:

Greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Serving & Bartending when required.

Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Ensuring prompt and friendly service.

Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.

Dining Room Operations:

Ensuring the dining room is clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Preparing the dining room for service.

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that food and service meet quality standards.

Monitoring food preparation and presentation.

Ensuring that all staff are knowledgeable about the menu.

Financial Responsibilities:

Assist management team to control costs.

Processing payments and issuing gift cards.

Server cashouts.

Completing End of Day reports.

Other Duties:

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Assist with events or catering.

Assist with off-site ventures.

May assist in developing menus or beverage promotions as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
