Position overview:

We are looking for hard working, adventurous, and customer service minded people to join our

Hospitality

team for our 2025 summer season! The Hospitality role is a multi-faceted guest centered position encompassing bartending, serving, housekeeping, and a commitment to delivering a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our guests. Working in a team, you will rotate between different shifts to provide a four-star dining program, clean and comfortable accommodations, and exceptional customer service. Located on an island, this is a remote position which includes accommodation. Enjoy the opportunity to explore the land and water in a beautiful and unique place.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Rotating shifts between bartending, restaurant serving, and housekeeping Providing four star dining experiences to guests Warm and efficient Food & Beverage service Independently completing required tasks while also contributing to team goals Maintaining a pristine standard of cleanliness in all public spaces and guest rooms Daily task including laundry, dishes, stocking, and other duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

Bartending/Serving experience necessary (1 year minimum) Additional assets: Lodge or remote working experience Housekeeping experience Wine and cocktail knowledge A passion for providing attentive and warm customer service Upholding high levels of professionalism at all times Demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills Contributing to the big picture goals and responsibilities of the team Ability to safely lift 40 lbs Capacity to be an active participant in a physically demanding role Being comfortable living in a remote environment is a must A love for the outdoors is very valuable

Seasonal contract position from June 2025-September 2025 (with some flexibility if required) Competitive daily wage + gratuities (discussed upon offer) Accommodation + meals provided On-the-job training and management check-ins Flight provided from Edmonton or Saskatoon Serve It Right Saskatchewan certificate is required On site fitness facility Starlink internet
