Larco Hospitality is looking for a highly motivated hospitality procurement specialist to join our team! You will be contributing to all stages of projects supporting the design team from tender through to close out. As a hospitality procurement specialist, you will:

• Coordinate procurement process for all projects from submitting RFQs to issuing PO\xe2\x80\x99s, coordinating payment schedules and monitoring orders and deliveries
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
• Communicate with existing suppliers and seek out new suppliers to obtain quotes for FF&E, finishes, custom millwork etc.
• Support the design team in reviewing project samples and supporting administration of all shop drawings and finish samples to be submitted for all projects
• Contribute to multiple projects of moderate complexity from varying stages of completion within schedule and budget.
• Be proactive in researching and learning the various elements required for projects
• Be self-directed and highly motivated

Position Requirements:

• Toronto based
• Minimum 5+ years experience in hospitality procurement
• Have a background in design or experience working with a design team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Is able to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits:
