Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and eager individual who can support our organization on the day-to-day and along the way as we tackle new projects and ideas. Our ideal candidate is someone who is capable of cultivating productive working relationships with our crew, has a resourceful, can-do attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time proficiently while interacting with multiple departments.

As a member of the crew, you will get to be a part of a group of amazing people that are passionate about craft beer/beverages, local food, community and working together to create a great experience with each other and our guests.

Key Areas of Accountability:

1. Administration Support

Resourceful, innovative, and proactive departmental support for Leaders of Company's across Hospitality Operations; Finance, Human Resources Organizing and maintaining various physical and electronic documents, records and systems Formatting and reviewing information for internal and external communication Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information for new and existing projects

2. Organizational Excellence

Exceptional time management, organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail Maintaining and supporting needs of locations (office, brewery, tasting rooms, restaurants) day to day operations - on a case by case basis

3. On-site Hospitality Operations

Weekly ordering for FOH and beverage needs Monthly inventory counts and waste management Cash management including counting and tip distribution
