We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and retail space. This is a full-time, multifaceted management role that blends exceptional guest service, staff leadership, and operational excellence. Reporting to senior leadership, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for delivering a world-class guest experience. A passion for hospitality, strong business acumen, and wine knowledge are essential to thrive in this role.

Guest Experience:
Ensure a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house team members
Create staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage
Motivate, coach, and evaluate team performance
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and retail store
Ensure quality control in service, cleanliness, and presentation
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
Financial Oversight:
Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring profitability.
Sales & Marketing:
Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and retail conversions
Collaborate on events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Support wine club memberships and upselling opportunities
Vendor & Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Oversee inventory control and procurement processes
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to long-term business growth through planning and innovation
Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute business strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality (winery, restaurant, hotel, or retail environment)
Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
WSET Level 1 or equivalent wine knowledge required
Proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in POS systems and scheduling tools
Serving experience and Smart Serve certification required
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
