Here we grow again! We're looking for a reliable and meticulous Hospitality Cleaner to join our Halifax team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across our properties in Downtown Halifax. This role requires a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to details, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a full range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that the guest room is picture-perfect and surfaces are streak-free. Stock guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning within the allotted time. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly. Qualifications

+3 years of proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is required (hospitality sector preferred). Strong attention to details and ability to maintain high standards. Ability to work independently, unsupervised, punctual and manage your own schedule. Candidates must be fluent in English. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

A competitive wage of $20 CAD per hour with a clear path to earning a performance-based bonus. A $500 CAD signing bonus, to be received after 6 months of successful employment.
