Summary:
Provides hospitality services to the IAHS community in a friendly and efficient manner, including meals and principles of FIFO
Ensures food is served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner
Works with all team members and independently
Assists with food preparation and service, inventory, and supervision
Maintains cleanliness and follows all McMaster Hospitality Services balance till procedures
Able to perform multiple tasks within time constraints, work independently, and handle stressful situations
Lifts and transports heavy items, stands for long periods, and works in varying temperatures
Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards
Works in a team to prepare and serve meals, clean equipment, and maintain hygiene
May be required to work at other locations
Participates in training and meetings
May be required to work special events
May be required to assist with receiving and inventory
May be required to assist with cleaning, garbage removal, recycling, and dishwashing
Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
Previous hospitality experience required
Must have good communication, reading, writing, and English skills
