Hospitality Assistant (administrative Assistant)

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our management team.Your responsibilities will include;-scheduling interviews and meetings-handling (organizing) employee and accounting paperwork-running payroll (training will be provided)-communicating with suppliers, clients, contractors, service providers.- communicating with the team, relay information-you'll be the first point of contact if someone needs to reach management. Or vice versa-receive deliveries-arrange deliveries-pull weekly sales reports and production reports and prepares for review-prepares cost analysis-prepares purchase volumes-posting social media content thats been provided by the creative teamThis position also requires site duties such as:- regular site visits for inspection (all locations)- pick up shorted products from suppliers- emergency point of contact by all managersJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Day Shift (required)
