You are organized and detail oriented but also appreciate and support the passion each of the committee leads has for their assigned area.
You are ready to do your best to make the event a safe, smooth and positive experience for everyone.
Our Investment
As an organization we will provide you with online resources, training and support to help you lead the Hope Participants portfolio.

You will be part of the larger Relay community and have opportunity to learn and
mentor as you engage with CCS staff and volunteers.
Your commitmentThis is an important leadership role. We are anticipating an ongoing level of commitment which will include regular monthly meetings with the entire committee.
Between committee meetings, you will be reaching out to previous participants of the survivor lap and interacting with other committee members to develop a list of new people to contact. You may engage with community groups to educate and promote the purpose of survivor involvement with Relay.
You are agreeing to initiate and respond with regular, consistent communication between the Participant Engagement Lead and other members of the team, including The Relay Director, Community Engagement.
