We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at our new Hookah lounge. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving shisha, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Hookah knowledge & experience considered a major plus!

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Prepare and serve hookah to customers, ensuring proper setup and maintenance throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area, including tables, seating, and hookah equipment. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of hookah preparation is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidates.*
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 18 years old due to age restrictions in the lounge setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
