casual basis

, supporting clients in their own home. With flexible scheduling options, we prioritize work-life balance while helping our clients maintain a high quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

BC

Compensation:

$21 to $23 per hour

As a Home Support Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing assistance with personal care and medications. Conducting light meal preparation and homemaking services. Offering companionship and emotional support. Assisting with medical escort services Assisting with medication management Assisting with housekeeping. Following the guidelines and policies of the company.

Maintaining professional boundaries.

Competencies and Qualifications:

Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities. Willingness to work both short and long shifts. Willingness to take initiative and complete household tasks such as housekeeping, light personal care (if required), companionship, and assistance with any outings. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive and friendly attitude. Possession of a Care Aide certificate and BC registry number is an asset. Willingness to commute to designated locations. A clean criminal record check. Possession of a driver's license (considered an asset). Located around or willing to travel to the Quesnel, BC area.
