Position Overview

We are accepting applications from qualified candidates interested in working in caregiving roles commonly recognized in New Brunswick as:

Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Home Support Worker

Patient Care Attendant (PCA)

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support client mobility, safe transfers, and ambulation Offer companionship and supportive interaction Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Observe, record, and report changes in client condition Assist with errands, appointments, or grocery needs (use of own insured vehicle may be required) Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines Maintain a respectful, supportive, and safe environment for clients

Qualifications

Certification as a

PSW, Home Support Worker, PCA, Resident Attendant

, or equivalent training Current CPR and First Aid certification Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening Proof of required immunizations (including TB screening) Experience in homecare, community care, or long?term care (asset) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel within Moncton and surrounding communities
