Job Description

At Havenbrook, our workers perform a variety of jobs during all phases of

construction. We're looking for a highly productive and reliable construction

worker to join our teams at various sites. The role entails a wide range of tasks,

from basic, to difficult. These may include clearing and preparing a job site,

including tearout, building scaffolds, barricades, and other structures.

Objectives of this role

Finish general construction tasks according to blueprints or given directions Operate machinery and equipment at construction sites when required Assist craft workers such as HVAC, plumbers electricians, and others when necessary Follow health and safety guidelines at all job sites Maintain clear communication with supervisors, as well as with homeowners at job sites
Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards Load and unload building materials and equipment Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by company
Required skills and qualifications

Experience in performing general labor and construction General carpentry/ repair skills including Framing Insulation Drywall Paint Trim/doors Cabinetry Flooring Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Preferred skills and qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Familiarity with general construction Minimum 2 years experience in construction
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
