Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of renovation tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, trim, and basic plumbing/electrical (as permitted)
Install doors, trims, cabinets, vanities, and fixtures
Complete tile installations for bathrooms, showers, floors, and backsplashes
Complete demolition, prep work, and site cleanup
Minor framing adjustments (blocking, rough openings, backing)
Work with Project Manager to maintain timelines
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
3+ years experience in residential renovations
Strong skills in carpentry, finishing, tiling, and interior remodeling
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
Must have own tools + reliable transportation
Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
Professional, respectful, and detail-oriented
