We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Renovations Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to home improvement, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Perform Flooring installation with precision and attention to detail.

- Execute construction painting tasks, ensuring a clean and professional finish.

- Carry out concrete finishing and forming for various renovation projects.

-Build Fences and Decks

- Restore and renovate existing structures, enhancing their functionality and aesthetics.

- Apply caulking effectively to seal gaps and improve insulation.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for all renovation tasks.

- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Experience

- Proven experience in home renovations or related construction fields is essential.

- Familiarity with cabinet installation techniques, construction painting methods, concrete finishing, and forming is highly desirable.

- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools required for renovation tasks.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
