Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Renovator to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of building renovation, including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, and finishing. This role involves transforming spaces through comprehensive renovation projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Renovator will work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial properties, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Duties



Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently Perform construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete forming and finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation Conduct restoration work including caulking, painting, masonry repairs, and plumbing adjustments Handle electrical wiring and systems installation or repair with appropriate safety measures Estimate project materials and labor requirements for construction estimating purposes Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each phase of the project Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during operations

Qualifications



Proven experience in construction, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, or related fields Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with confidence Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation is preferred Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing systems, and restoration processes is highly desirable Strong understanding of construction estimating principles Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions for extended periods Valid certification or relevant licensing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.84-$38.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
