We are seeking a motivated, results?driven salesperson to generate and close home renovation projects. This role focuses on selling both exterior and interior renovation services to homeowners. The successful candidate will earn a 12?% commission on each closed job, providing unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads for exterior and interior renovation projects.
Conduct on?site consultations, assess client needs, and present tailored renovation proposals.
Negotiate contract terms, secure deposits, and close sales.
Coordinate with project estimators, designers, and installation crews to ensure timely project start?up.
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients post?installation to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related fields.
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable meeting clients in person.
Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet sales targets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
Knowledge of exterior and interior renovation trends is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
12?% commission on the total contract value of each closed renovation job.
No base salary; earnings are directly tied to performance.
