Role Responsibilities:
Deliveries, setups, and pickups of home medical/oxygen equipment
Work within a high safety standard while identifying and communicating any safety hazards
Responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance
Provide verbal product education and supporting documentation to clients
Responsible for completing various regulatory paperwork
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Available for on-call emergency service on a rotational basis

Required Qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma or equivalency
Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence
Minimum 24 months of driving experience
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Ability to communicate using email
Nice to have:
1-2 years of Customer Service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Technical knowledge of equipment repair
Physical and Sensory Demands:
Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 75 pounds
Ability to use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating parts and tools repetitively
Performing physical tasks that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 75 pounds
Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time to complete specific maintenance tasks.
Ability to complete tasks in restricted spaces or awkward positions
Ability to spend long periods of time sitting while driving
Proof of full vaccination against the COVID-19 virus is required for this role. Fully vaccinated means having received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (WHO), for example:
The full series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or any combination of such vaccines
