: We are looking for a Part-Time Home Health Care Customer Service Representative. The position will involve administration and support of the inside and outside Home Health Care team. Administration duties include, rentals, pricing, inventory, interaction with clients, providers, and therapists.
Customer Service - answering telephones, processing cash, debit and credit transactions on the Point Of Sale system, assisting customers with the location of products in the store, cleaning, and merchandising.
This position will be required to work every other weekend.
Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role.
Must have computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office - Excel knowledge is a requirement.
Point of Sale (POS) knowledge would be an asset.
Superior communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills: ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy - product knowledge and verifying documentation.
Work within a team environment.
Must be willing to work in Customer Service.
