Customer Service Representative -

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have a passion to grow while delivering high quality client/customer service. A minimum of two years experience in Customer Service The applicant should have good communication skills, a working knowledge of ADP (Assistive Device Program) would be an asset

Customer Service Representative

- Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phones and emails

Provide retail sales customer service to the clientele instore

Faxing to other stakeholders

Filing of files

Work closely with busy service technicians and sales consultants to oversee the client order administration

Process in store payment

Coordinate equipment rentals and sales

Deliver excellent customer service when handling the communication (in-person, telephone, email) between clients, therapists, and funders

Keep client, rental and inventory information up to date using our software (Business Vision)

Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client registration is complete and accurate

Coordinate the pickup and delivery of all rental or custom equipment for our clients

Any other administrative assigned task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (preferred) Retail sales: 2 years (preferred) Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
