Looking for a Homecare Consultant to join our fast-paced homecare team working with a wide variety of customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial. Someone who enjoys being busy and can be resourceful when problem solving. On the phone and the floor, you would be using your customer service skills to find the right product for our customer's needs. We get to know our customers and build strong relationships with our regulars. On the computer you will be creating invoices, researching and ordering products, filling orders for ODSP/WSIB customers, filling prescriptions and much more!
Assist on our mobility department and work closely with OTs, PTs, and long term care homes. Knowledge of mobility equipment such as Rollators, Wheelchairs, Scooters, Walkers, Lift chairs are a great asset.
Familiarity of homecare products including but not limited to Ostomy supplies, Diabetic and pressure socks, braces, incontinence products, wound care, mobility aids, blood pressure monitors is of great value.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer programs
Product knowledge in wound care, ostomy, mobility aids, compression stockings and bracing highly desired
Be able to lift 30+lbs, climb up and down stairs, standing, sitting
