Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role involves performing cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and hospitality settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming for clients and guests.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, buffing, and waxing as needed. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning assignments. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and kitchens. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Support janitorial tasks in various settings while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards. Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, ensuring efficient operations within the cleaning team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with sanitation practices and custodial experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Experience in hotel housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets and hard floors is beneficial.
