Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person for landscape, gardening and home cleaning of a residential property.
Duties
During the summer three days a week working outside, maintaining gardens and lawn as required. Two days a week will be dedicated to inside residential cleaning as required. During the winter most days, dedicated to cleaning inside of residential property. Responsible for receiving packages and mail as required.
Skills
Some mechanical knowledge. Proficient in home cleaning including; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, laundry, washing, etc. Ability to work outdoors during summer months for gardening, weeding and lawn care. Ability to complete basic maintenance like painting, scraping, etc. bondable with Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate. Must have reliable transportation. must provide references.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
