Key responsibilities include:
Organize, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the Home Centre ensuring an acceptable level of contribution.
Work closely with department managers to maintain an effective team with appropriate staffing, training and development.
Provide guidance with regard to location business planning, budgeting and goal setting as they align to the overall retail goals and objectives.
Provide operational direction and supporting the implementation of programs and policies. Apply a broad-based level of operational knowledge, commodity direction and managerial skills to achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
