What you'll be doing:
Recruit PSW's
Maintain schedule for services
Provide direction to PSW's and communicate with supervisors as needed to assure safe and effective coverage of client needs
Use our in house technology for case management, billing.
Communicate with clients and caregivers
Support payroll and billing
What we're looking for:
Experience supervising PSW's or equivalent.
Available evenings and weekends to take calls.
Attention to detail, accuracy,
Strong customer orientation
Highly responsive to team members and clients
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Administrative experience, PSW certificate or nursing is an asset.
Detail and accurate
Comfortable with technology
Access to reliable transportation
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Solid computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler, preferably staffing for a temporary agency or in home health.
Flexible work from home options available.
