Job Description
We are a small non-profit organization that supports an affectionate and vibrant woman with profound intellectual challenges, in her own home. Our lovely lady also has some physical challenges that require modified activities and careful observation and support.
She requires help with all the tasks of daily living including incontinence care.
We are looking for someone who has experience supporting someone with complex needs. We also require you to be a kind, patient , reliable and highly responsible person.
At this time we are looking for a part time awake overnight member to join our quality, dedicated team.?
The position is for two awake overnight shifts during the week( no weekends). The hours are 9:30 pm to 6:30 am.
We are also looking for a weekend day support person who is willing to learn how to include our client in her community.
Full paid training is provided. The wage starts at $25 per hour during the training and probation period with an increase to $28 afterwards .
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week
