Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Goalie Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in hockey. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that all trainees achieve their goals.

Duties

Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of participants, focusing on goalie techniques. Conduct engaging training sessions that promote skill development and confidence. Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Maintain a safe and supportive training environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training approach. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in goalie instruction and training methodologies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in hockey or related fields. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants of all ages. Knowledge of goalie techniques, safety practices, and instructional methods. Ability to adapt training styles to meet diverse learning needs. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
