Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Chef Qualite En Service pour rejoindre notre equipe En Service basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'equipe d'Airbus Commercial d'Airbus basee a Toulouse.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Qualite chargee d'etablir et assurer les standards du systeme Qualite.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Chef Qualite En Service sera de representerez la fonction Qualite au niveau CS (Airbus Canada In Service Organisation). Vous devrez travailler en collaboration avec les partenaires commerciaux de CS dans un environnement multifonctions et maitriser le systeme Qualite pour assurer la conformite et les enjeux clients en matiere de Qualite In Service.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appele a :
Assurer la conformite aupres des representants TCCA
Point focal Qualite En Service (Comprendre les enjeux Qualite, amelioration de process et resolution de problemes)
Maintenir et harmoniser l'integration du A220 dans le systeme Airbus Commercial
Etre le principal point d'interface pour l'organisation qualite dans SATAIR et connexes dans les organisations de services.
Liaison entre le client et les fonctions de l'organisation
Interface avec le comite executif
Gestion de projets complexes transverses
En tant que candidat ideal,
vous avez un titre en Eng Ingenierie Aerospatiale - Production / Engineering Management ou equivalent
Vous avez au moins 5-10 ans l'experience dans des processus Qualite
Solides competences en relations humaines et bonne gestion des parties prenantes: ecoute, negociation, gestion des conflits, communication et competences interculturelles dans un contexte international
Vous avez la capacite de travailler dans un contexte rapide, environnement de projet transversal
Vous avez la volonte d'entreprendre une formation en methodologie de gestion de projet
Vous etes performant lorsque vous travaillez sous pression et de maniere independante.
Vous avez demontre votre influence aupres des partie prenante, connaissance de la structure des avions et des processus de developpement respectifs serait un plus
Vous faites preuve d'innovation, d'engagement et de perseverance.
Vous etes un bon communicateur, tant a l'ecrit qu'a l'oral, en anglais et en Francais.
Vous avez la capacite de proposer et de mettre en oeuvre des processus de surveillance

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an In-Service Quality Manager to join our In-Service team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you'll work in conjunction with the Airbus Commercial team based in Toulouse.

In this role, you will be required to:
Ensure compliance with TCCA representatives.
Be the In-Service Quality focal point (understanding quality issues, process improvement, and problem-solving).
Maintain and harmonize the integration of the A220 into the Airbus Commercial system.
Be the primary interface for the quality organization within SATAIR and related service organizations.
Liaise between the customer and the organization's functions.
Interface with the executive committee.
Manage complex cross-functional projects.
As the ideal candidate, you have:
A degree in Aerospace Engineering - Production / Engineering Management or an equivalent.
At least 5-10 years of experience in Quality processes.
Strong human relations skills and good stakeholder management: listening, negotiation, conflict management, communication, and intercultural skills in an international context.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional project environment.
A willingness to undergo training in project management methodology.
The ability to perform well when working under pressure and independently.
Demonstrated influence with stakeholders; knowledge of aircraft structure and respective development processes would be a plus.
A mindset of innovation, commitment, and perseverance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
The ability to propose and implement monitoring processes.
