Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a UI/UX Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing visually appealing user interfaces, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure our products are user-friendly, functional, and meet business goals. Key responsibilities include translating user needs into design solutions, performing usability testing, aligning designs with brand guidelines, and effectively communicating design concepts throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites
