We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in software development and integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API integration and a solid understanding of systems integration patterns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development and integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Swagger Open API, and JSON/XML.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or similar backend technologies.
- Experience with API gateways such as Apigee, AWS API Gateway, or Kong.
- Solid understanding of systems integration patterns (e.g., point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, ESB).
- Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and secure API design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Banker Teller applications or similar financial systems.
- Experience with XML Technologies (XML, XSL, FO, JAXP, JAXB).
- Background in digital API management and microservices.
- Lead the delivery of API integration projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement APIs.
- Ensure secure and efficient integration of systems and applications.
