Title : Specialized Fusion Testing

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Specialized Fusion Testing in Oracle Fusion Applications. This role involves testing end-to-end business processes, validating reports, and ensuring seamless integrations with other systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• More than 5 years of proven experience as a QA Tester, with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Hands-on experience testing at least two of the following Oracle Fusion modules: Financials, HCM, SCM.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Client ALM/Quality Center, or Zephyr.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Test end-to-end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion modules.
• Validate reports and analytics built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, record, document, and track defects meticulously.
• Support business users during UAT and provide clear test summary reports and status updates to stakeholders.
