Toronto, Ontario (4 days onsite minimum)
Duration: 6 Months
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer. This role involves working in a collaborative environment to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and DevOps practices, particularly in regulated environments such as finance or banking.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, code, and configuration management
• Familiarity with DevOps practices in a regulated environment (especially in finance or banking)
• Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins, and ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 years of experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools
• Hands-on experience with Flosum is required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer Certification
• Flosum Admin or Implementation Certification (preferred but not required)
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification in change release management

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the deployment of Salesforce metadata and code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices
• Monitor system performance and reliability, addressing issues proactively
