We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Engineer. The successful candidate will analyze network performance metrics, develop and implement RF optimization plans, and conduct drive tests using tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or Actix. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RF optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks.
• Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, Actix, TEMS).
• Strong understanding of RF theory, cellular network architecture, and KPIs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Certifications in LTE/5G RF Optimization or related areas.
• Experience with network simulation and modeling tools.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement RF optimization plans to meet KPIs.
• Conduct drive tests and post-process data using relevant tools.
• Perform RF propagation analysis and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot RF-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network deployment and upgrades.
• Monitor and manage RF interference and spectrum usage.
• Provide technical support during network rollout and optimization phases.
• Document optimization activities and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
