The SAP Technical Lead will oversee the technical architecture, design, and development activities across SAP modules. The candidate will collaborate with functional teams, ensure technical solution quality, and guide the development team in delivering scalable and efficient SAP solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

Strong experience in SAP ABAP, BADI, BAPI, Smart Forms, and Workflow.
Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and OData services.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.
Knowledge of integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, IDocs).
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

Experience with SAP Cloud Platform.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

Lead the overall SAP technical landscape design, integration, and performance optimization.
Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate with functional consultants, architects, and developers for end-to-end delivery.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
Support migration, upgrade, and performance tuning initiatives.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the offshore development team.
