Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Development and Technical Design
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
- Experience with configuring objects, workflows, and automation tools
- Proven ability to implement integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Experience in mentoring developers and administrators
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks
- Strong understanding of Salesforce performance optimization
- Knowledge of security and data privacy standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Designing scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices
- Leading technical teams to ensure adherence to best practices
- Managing integrations and customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Conducting code reviews and enforcing quality standards
