We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for enterprise applications. This role involves developing test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad, monitoring system metrics, and analyzing results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performance testing and optimization.
• Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, architects, and QA teams.
• Ability to prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of compliance with performance standards and SLAs.
• Understanding of system behavior under load conditions.
• Experience in recommending tuning and optimization strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute performance tests to ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, and speed requirements.
• Analyze system behavior under load and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize performance.
• Monitor system metrics and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
