Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Environment Lead.
Strong technical background in environmental lead roles.
Experience working with DevOps environments.
Ability to define processes to support environmental usage in CICD pipelines.
Extensive experience in testing processes and defect management.
Solid understanding of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards.
Proficient in compiling and interpreting reports.
Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
Strong knowledge of Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools like Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage test environments to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement processes.
Monitor and report on testing progress and defect resolution.
