We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Workday Implementation Program Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of Workday Finance solutions for a leading client. The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 years of progressive experience in Workday implementation, program management, and stakeholder engagement within large, complex organizations. Project management certifications and an outstanding ability to manage critical milestones in large-scale initiatives are required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale finance systems implementations.
  • Project management certifications required (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Workday Finance configurations, integrations, and deployment methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday-related certifications.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
  • Expertise in milestone tracking, project reporting, and the use of industry-standard project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of Workday Finance or HCM implementation programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
  • Establish, monitor, and manage critical milestones and deliverables to ensure project success and timely completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between finance, HR, IT, and business operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Workday Finance modules.
