Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and caring individual to join our team as a

Hiring & Onboarding / Scheduling & Office Support

staff member.

This position plays an important dual role -- leading

recruitment and onboarding

of caregivers while also

supporting the office and scheduling team

during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist with

hiring, interviewing, and onboarding

new caregivers. Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Support the

scheduling team

during peak times using

AxisCare

and

Monday.com

software. Answer phones and respond to client and caregiver inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with

follow-up calls, documentation, and administrative tasks

to support daily operations. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and maintain service quality.

Qualifications:

Previous

HR, onboarding, or administrative experience

preferred. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to

multi-task and work efficiently

in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or HR software. Must have a

valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
