Responsibilities

Complete interior and exterior painting projects with a high level of craftsmanship. Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming. Work efficiently to meet project timelines without compromising quality. Maintain clean and organized work areas on-site. Communicate clearly with crew leads, project managers, and customers. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum

10 years of professional painting experience

(residential or commercial). Skilled in cutting, rolling, masking, and surface preparation. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
