Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, LWC).
- Experience with the nCino platform, specifically working with loan processes, objects, and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in using version control tools like Git.
- Ability to write simple automation scripts (in Python or Bash).
- Understanding of Agile tools like Jira.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce and nCino.
- Automate deployment processes and maintain environment synchronization (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient code delivery.
- Ensure code quality with tests and security checks during deployment.
- Assist and guide junior team members.
