Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, ensuring that installations, repairs, and maintenance are performed to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or leaks.
- Perform welding tasks as necessary for pipe fittings and repairs.
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to ensure seamless project completion.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role with mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using power tools and various plumbing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Valid plumbing license or certification preferred but not required for entry-level positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.18-$50.00 per hour
