Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 2 years of experience in L3 Production Support within a multi-application environment.
Expert knowledge of Azure (Kubernetes, Spring/Web Apps, Service Bus), Kafka, Unix, SQL, Python/Shell, GitHub or Terraform, and Observability tools.
Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Ensure the stability and resilience of critical Settlements Flow.
Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis across distributed applications.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
