Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer
Location: Markham, Ontario
Duration: 06 Months

This role involves working closely with business users, analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and configure complex business rules and workflows. The candidate will configure and develop Guidewire components using GOSU, integration plugins, messaging, REST APIs, and more. Adhering to enterprise security and performance requirements is crucial.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
• 10 years of experience in application development, preferably in the insurance domain
• 5 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, or Claim Center integration
• Certified on the Guidewire cloud platform
• Strong understanding of OOP design principles and enterprise integration design patterns
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant project experience on Guidewire PC, CC, BC
• Comfortable managing multiple activities and meeting fast deadlines
• Experience working effectively with vendor partners onshore and offshore

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business users and analysts to understand requirements
• Configure and build Guidewire components
• Apply coding standards and best practices to deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting deliverables
• Prepare and enhance design documents
