Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a cook. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring that our dining experience meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent cooking skills, and a commitment to food safety and quality. Must be available weekend and holidays.
Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
Experience
Background in fine dining or restaurant settings is advantageous. Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
