DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining a clean and organized bar Communicate with liquor reps Weekly liquor orders Inventory Able to communicate at an expert level with guests and your team Maintain strong cocktail/beer/wine/Tequila and Mezcal knowledge Serve the lounge while making drinks for the dining area
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in a fast paced and high volume restaurant High level of cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge. Knowledge of Tequila and Mezcal is preferred. Self- motivated with a high energy level Highly organized with ability to multitask Dependable and punctual * Work well in a team environment
