The Opportunity



We're seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager to lead our bar program and bring fresh energy to our beverage offerings. This is a dream role for someone who lives and breathes mixology, has a flair for innovation, and wants to make a mark in Vancouver's culinary scene.



What You'll Do



Design and execute a standout cocktail and beverage menu that complements our cuisine Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier service Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with chefs and management on seasonal pairings and special events Stay ahead of trends and bring bold, creative ideas to the table

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in bar management or mixology leadership Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and Mexican beverage traditions Strong organizational and communication skills A collaborative spirit and a drive to innovate Serving it Right or equivalent certification
