The Mobility MDM Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, and management of mobile device management (MDM) solutions across the enterprise. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient operation of mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, supporting both corporate-owned and BYOD environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure Services, and VPN configurations
• Strong understanding of mobile OS architectures (iOS, Android, Windows)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing Business Manager and Android Enterprise environments
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility strategies and remote device solutions
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and automation frameworks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement MDM solutions using platforms like Intune, JAMF Pro, or Workspace ONE
• Manage lifecycle of mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) including provisioning, enrollment, and decommissioning
• Configure and enforce security policies including encryption, conditional access, and app whitelisting/blacklisting
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated mobile device issues
• Monitor device health, usage, and compliance through dashboards and analytics
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure seamless integration
• Train end-users and IT staff on mobile device usage, policies, and troubleshooting
