We are seeking a skilled data engineer to design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support regulatory reporting requirements. The role involves leveraging Python and various GenAI models, including ChatGPT, to extract insights from large datasets and develop AIML models focused on natural language processing and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Python and GenAI technologies
• Experience working with ChatGPT and other GenAI models
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Cohere models
• Experience with Unix operating systems
• Experience in the financial domain
• Experience with DevOps, source code management tools like Git, SVN, Jira, UCD, Jenkins
• Familiarity with container-based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures using Python and GenAI models
• Work on data analytics to support regulatory reporting
• Develop and deploy AIML models using GenAI technologies
• Receive training on and work with the Axiom vendor tool
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and optimize data processing
• Maintain accurate documentation of data pipelines and models
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in GenAI, data engineering, and regulatory reporting
