Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).

- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Insurance domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and data lakes.
