The ideal candidate will optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability while collaborating with business and technical teams to align data solutions. Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards is a key responsibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, ETL tools, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Insurance domain knowledge.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and data lakes.
